Overdraft Protection

Overdraft Protection is a service that transfers money from your Savings Account to your Checking Account to cover non-sufficient funds in your checking. There is a fee of $5.00 for every transfer. The transfer will only take place if you have the whole amount needed to cover the transaction. These transfers are done in $50.00 intervals. There is a limit of 6 transfers from savings to checking. Once this limit has been reached, Overdraft Protection will no longer work. You will be required to come to the credit union to transfer money into your Checking Account.
