10 years	Rates as Low as 6.00% APR
15 year amortization with 10 year maturity Lesser of appraisal value or cost Not to exceed total loan limit Mortgages are done by credit union attorney before check is issued Member pays for appraisal, attorney fees, title search, etc... Need purchase agreement & appraisal authorization

7 years	Rates as Low as 5.25% APR
10 years	Rates as Low as 6.00% APR
15 year amortization with 10 year maturity 80% of appraised value Member pays attorney and appraisal fees Must use credit union attorney and appraiser Need copy of deed and appraisal authorization
